Marcia started in the title industry in 1995 after over 15 years in the real estate and banking industry, learning the basics from one of the premier title industry defense law firms in Melbourne. In 2003 she joined HBI Title Company in order to further their expansion throughout the State of Florida, including the Panhandle area, along with Alabama and the North Dallas, Texas region. In 2011, she opened All Pro Title, Inc. to service the Central Florida region.

Her expertise in both commercial and residential transactions is only outperformed by her dedication to detail and enthusiasm for her clients. She understands the closing is usually the final hurdle in a complicated series of transactions and her commitment to keeping everyone informed leads to a satisfied client at settlement.

Christina B. Sutch, Esq.

Christina has been practicing law in Brevard County since 1998, and focuses on business transactions, contract preparation, asset protection planning, and estate planning.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Christina successfully managed several multi-million dollar retail businesses for a period of more than ten years. During her legal career, Christina has provided legal services as a private practice attorney and as in-house corporate counsel for a major telecommunications company. The knowledge and experience that Christina gained enables her to provide our clients with quality representation in all facets of business including the areas of business transactions, contract preparation, and asset protection planning.
